I had booked a flight ticket for my wife from Cochin to Patna on **.**.****. I received an e-mail stating to wait for ** minutes before the booking will be confirmed. Soon I got a call from some guy from Travolook saying that my booking has been cancelled due to fair revision by the airline and your ticket has been cancelled. The refund will be issued within *-** days. I called the customer care of Travolook to know status of my refund on **.**.****. They told that I have to wait for *-** days then the amount will be credited in my account. I asked whether it is initiated from their side. But no answer was given. I requested the person to initiate the refund as soon as possible. But till now I have not received any e-mail intimating initiation of refund. It was only after the ticket got cancelled, that I read the reviews on google that this website is cheating customers. Kindly help in getting the refund in time. Thank you.
