I booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Patna on * Dec **** through TRAVOLOOK.COM. My transaction was submitted successfully and also my amount (****) was deducted, then they mail me that-- Your Booking is In-Progress with booking reference number : REF*********.
I didn't get any booking details for my journey.
Please help me in this matter, i am in very tensed mood. Its a very big amount for me, i am a student and not having a job. I will be very thankful to you if it is done.
