Happyeasygo.com - Flight not booked

I recently booked flight tickets with happy easy go, but I did not get any ticket or confirmation message, when I called them they asked me to wait for ** mins, after waiting for ** mins I called them again, they asked me to wait for ** mins again after ** mins I called them back and their response was my ticket is stuck in automation (god knows what automation they are referring to) we wont be able to give your money back and you have to wait much longer for the ticket. I actually begged for my money but they kept on saying that returning money won't be possible and you have to wait. I am not sure how these portals get to go ahead and they freely torture the people. There are many complaints against them and am not sure why any action is not yet taken. They are freely looting our money and causing mental torture
