Hi Team,
I have booked a round trip from Delhi to Male using MakeMyTrip service. You can find the flight details in the trailing mail. However, the Srilankan airlines are not operational since March **** and no body from your side informed me about this. Today, when I reached to the Delhi airport, I came to know that the flight is not operational. I tried to connect with your multiple times but your line was continuously busy and as I have already booked a stay in Maldives, I could not cancel my trip. So I have booked and urgent flight on my own from other source.
I am really disappointed by the service MakeMyTrip has offered me. Could you please refund the money which I have paid to you for my flight bookings?
I wrote this to MakeMyTrip but not getting any revert since ** February ****.
