We had booked return flight from Hong Kong to Bangalore and it was a connecting flight with Layover in Delhi. Initially it was booked with *.** PM departure Local time (Hong Kong) later it was informed that *.** PM is the departure time. However we reached airport and when visited Check-in counter around *.** PM we were shocked to see there was No Indigo staff in Check in Counter and it was empty. When checked with the Information center they updated that they will close exactly at *.** PM. We family of * with * infant and a kid were present at check in counter along with other * passengers with different PNR, ** minutes earlier. Even it was mentioned we should be ** minutes earlier than departure. It was not even * minutes post *.** PM but they just without even informing nor communicating the passengers and just left us stranded at airport. We tried all means to communicate with their Indian Staff and none of them were bothered to even answer and resolve the instead they just kept telling *.** pm it is closed you should come at *.** pm. We were not arranged with next flight nor with a Hotel stay but no basic courtesy to even inform about the Check-in delay. In-spite of having ** minutes more time to board the flight we have to go through loss of money time and had to go through mental stress of what to do next.
