My flight from Kolkata to Hyderabad got on April *, **** was cancelled due Covid-** pandemic. Since then I am regularly contacting yatra.com to either refund or to convert my amount into credit cell or to reschedule my flight. but they have turned a deaf year to all my requests and they direct me to contact AirAsia to claim the same.
I tried to contact AirAsia and they replied that as the ticket was booked through travel agency (Yatra.com) so it can be done by them only. It has already passed *** days cancelling my ticket and they are not bothered about this issue.
Kindly request you to look into the issue and praying for resolution as soon as possible.
