I have booked a flight thro' Ease my trip from Atlanta to Chennai on **-Apr-****. My husband booked thro' British Airways. Both of us have to board the flight on **-Apr-**** but due to some reasons, British Airways itself cancelled the flight. My husband got the full refund from British Airways but myself, that too booked thro' Ease my Trip did not get even a single rupee. So many letters sent to The Travel Agent but in vain. My problem is not sorted out yet. Please look into it and get the refund amount from British AIrways.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
