This is in regards to the Booking id: EMT********* No information from you so far. Your executive talked to me on *th June **** and assured the action
within ** hours. Nothing is done so far.
Very sorry to say that such a familiar travel company and not sort out the issue is very bad.
Please look into it and solve my issue. Pending for more than * months.
That too British Airways itself cancelled the flight from Atlanta to Chennai. Cancelled the flight on **th April **** and nearly three months over but yet to receive the amount.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
