I booked flight tickets worth Rs.**** of goair via yatra.com...Yatra ref. No. *************... Airline had cancelled the flights and I was unable to travel....I asked for refund from Yatra and they transferred only Rs.*** instead of Rs.****...No reply to the emails sent to them..
