I had booked an air ticket in AirIndia through GOIBIBO from AMD to BBI via DEL on **th Jun . That flight has been cancelled because of operational reasons. So I have submitted cancellation letter and email from AirIndia to GOIBIBO but still they are not processing the refund. Where as AirIndia mentioned they will not answer any *rd party queries So ask to your travel agent. PNR-YH*ZR , Name- Bhagyalaxmi Rout
