I had booked a Vistara flight from Singapore to Delhi for **th April'** through Yatra. Due to lockdown, flights were halted and I could not take the flight. The flight was kept in open status till this year as I had planned to reschedule whenever Vistara starts flying to Delhi. However, Yatra itself cancelled the flight without my consent and I got a refund initiated mail on **rd Feb'**. They cut Rs **** from refunded amount in k* fee, service charge fee, refund fee, and GST, etc. Vistara had refunded the whole amount of my ticket along with the interest, but Yatra not only cut Rs **** from the refunded amount but also kept the interest. Please look into it. Yatra has not been cooperative in the process.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
