PARTH PATEL filed complaint against Goibibo on Jul 2, 2020
Have booked flight ticket on Goibibo dated *th june ****( PNR NO : D*UJGP), flight got cancelled by airline. I have applied the refund from airline and airline has given the same to Goibibo. Now Goibibo deducted the unnecessary amount and given me the refund which is ****/- rs less than what i have paid.
I have paid Airport CAB amount also to Goibibo however i was unable to locate my address in that application for pickup AND no one was picking up the customer care number as well as their bot customer support was not helping in this regards, also flight got cancelled so CAB amount also has to be refunded.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
