(order number# ************* and complaint ticket number #*******) Got a watch from Fireboltt online. After opening the watch is unreadable and display is not working. The display shows lines and dots under each letter like 'Health' Information or the Time and I need to get it either replaced or refunded.
I called fireboltt support and they forward me to the website automatically and end the call.
I emailed them as well as filed a complaint on their website and they havent got back to me at all even after sending * to * emails. I need to get this refunded or replaced and fireboltt customer service is terrible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
