Fireboltt - Replacement product not received

My fireboltt watch stopped working ,so i raised complaint
fireboltt team collected watch within * days for repair , but i got mail from fireboltt after one week that this watch cant be repair and we dont have same new product available with us, so we will provide you coupon code to buy same product or another any fireboltt watch
Fireboltt team provided coupon code to me but it was not working , so I raised issue again to fireboltt that coupon code is invalid
fireboltt team agreed that they will provide me new coupon code , but still I did not received any coupon code since last * months
there are so many customer like this , please check into this
