Mohammad filed complaint against Hathway on Nov 19, 2021
Hathway didn't notice initially to return router and I didn't sign any kind of documents. Even when they are installing service which I hav opted for *months, they said installing is free of cost including free router. Later, I didn't receive service as promised by Hathway, and due to COVID I have to disconnect the service. But they keep on calling saying u need to pay penalty for not returning router and says ****/- penalty incurred. To avoid charges I need to use service for one month and return the router. But no service providers are asking for router once it is installed and delivered. Also they threatened with court legal notice and also I have to face humiliation with foul language they use. Please help me in resolving this issue.
