I'm student of PGDRD course in IGNOU and registered for PGDAST course for July ****. Paid my fees via phonepe. on the same day I came to know that I'm not eligible for two courses in the same year and they cancelled my PGDAST course. on the last day of application form submission date. Based on rules I need to get my fee refund with deducting ***. But didn't get my refund even after around **days. when I'm trying to reach regional center it's asking me to contact IGNOU delhi. When I'm trying to contact delhi they are not even responding and closing my IGRAM requests without answering. Can you please help me in getting my fee refund.
