Vinay filed complaint against FedEx on Oct 23, 2020
Was sent a package from work (Track No ************) for which I was called ** times a day initially for KYC submission. Its been over a month since documents were submitted and there has not been any response from fedex since.
Tried email, call, social media, only response was an untraceable complaint number ********** but nothing else.
It puts the KYC submitted in jeopardy as well, not sure if they are being misused.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
