*). Just after ** months of purchase, the Washing Machine had high vibration. Service Request are always made at dedicated Toll Free Number. Some of the request numbers are GUW***********DT **.**.****, GUW*********** DT **.**.****, GUW*********** DT **.**.**** ETC.
*). IT IS TO INFORM THAT TILL DATE THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. Every time the technician visit and is not able to resolve. He even asked us to make video for the vibration. As such, video of running faulty washing machine is attached, please.
*). Please issue a full refund of my money paid, as the washing machine is irreparable by your technician within * days from the receipt of this mail.
