Had an issue on next month ( within * month of purchase ) - No Cooling ...
However, this issue comes approx twice a year.
For a recent request on **th June **** - No follow up from the company. Keep asking for wait for * hours. but its been ** days now! No one answering properly.
I am so much frustrated I keep calling customer care for ** days and speak at least one hour daily.
