Hi Sir/Madam,
I Purchased Whirlpool Intellifresh *** L Frost free double door refrigerator on **th Aug ****. The product is damaged (dents), which was confirmed by ResQ installation guy Syed Azam. The DOA process is approved (Complaint number: **********). The replacement order is still pending. Also I have not been communicated anything in the mail. The order status still shows in transit. May I know the proper reasons for all these hassles that I am facing? The customer care people are just saying wait for ** hours more whenever I am calling. Also I noted there are complaints which are closed without prior intimation to me. Please look on this and do the needful. Attaching bill copy for your reference.
