I have purchased the whirpool refrigerator model no. whirpool REF IF INV CNV *** COOL Illusia **(N) *** as on **-*-**** from Vijay sales, Chakli circle, Vadodara. The freezer is not working properly from day *. In first two visit they said that there is no issue . In third visit they changed the motor. and still issue is not solved. I have complained many times. They came and checked but Issue is not resolved yet. I am attaching the senior technicians review. He agreed that there is cut off issues. The Junior technician have not idea about this issue any time while visiting around * to * times. Is this your service denying customer complain without reviewing the matter as a whole? They don't value our time and mental peace.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
