I bough powermax TDA-*** thread mill. After using for one month, speed was increasing suddenly from * to ** intermittently. Sudden speed increase is a threat to life if not acted immediately. I contacted the support team and they sent a technician and he just lubricated the machine. Sudden speed increase came again and I contacted the support team again. They sent a spare part but with the new spare part as well I'm facing sudden speed increase.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
