I bought realme buds air from realme website on **.*.**** and the left bud was not working. I emailed the company and they told i have to visit service centre near and it was corona period going on and i was avoiding going out. After the lockdown restrictions were off i visited the centre on **.**.****. After * weeks i got the message for pick up but the bud seemed a used one and it's battery use to last for like ** minutes and the company gives the call timing for ** minutes. And then again i visited they upgraded the software of my buds but still no improvement and then *rd time again they changed the bud and it is again giving the same problem and then i called customer care with the problem my product was picked up from my nearest place and last week i received the product with the same issue. I called customer again on **.**.**** i was told that i will get a call back within ** hours period but i haven't received any call even after * days. I don't trust the replacement thing anymore from them now so i want a refund Rs.**** cost of the product and approximately Rs.*** of fuel i spent for traveling to service centre for * times which is **km from my home. And anyhow they can't return me the precious time wasted for it.
