- Faulty Motorcycle Received Error In RC Book Closed

I booked a Jawa ** Nebula blue colour single channel ABS from K.K. Motors Bandra in January ****. I was first told that the motorcycle in road cost was ******/- INR after a few days they asked for ****/- INR more because the prices had increased. I got the delivery of my bike on February **th ****. Just after riding the for merely a month I started facing issues with the bike. Timing chain issue was a major one. I was continuosly following up with the dealer to get it resolved but was payed no heed. Even after servicing and addressing them the issue they lied to me saying its done but was not resolved. Till date Im asking them to fix it but the are not ready to. They are ignoring my calls. Also the RC book which i received after * months of delivery of the bike had wrong information on it. My bike’s colour is Nebula Blue and the colour mentioned on RC book was Comet Red. I asked them to get it rectified, they collected the RC book and its been more than * months I haven’t received it back. I want my money back ir the bike exchanged!!
