I had placed an order for a water purifier on ** May ****. I have made full payment for the item with the one year extended AMC. After lot of chasing and phone calls, the item was received by me on ** June ****. The first visit by the technician took place on ** June ****. The technician after spending *-* hrs onsite declared that the water purifier was faulty and dead on arrival . Again Mr. Amol Chavan (Emp code: V* *****), Level * technician visited on ** June **** and confirmed that the item needs replacement. Since then no action taken even after repeated emails and calls to the call centre.
