I ordered a luphie double sided magnetic cover for **** from casewale for my s** plus. The description and the name of the item clearly mentioned that I ordered a Luphie case which comes with the brand logo on the back of the case. Within few days, I received the order. The case that arrived was a single sided, cheap case which did not even look like it costed *** Rs. When I contacted them through WhatsApp, they apologized and picked up the wrong item and delivered another case which was double sided but was of very bad quality and definitely not worth ****. It did not fit the description of the item they showed in their website when I ordered. The cover did not have the brand logo, finger print did not work with the cover on and volume buttons did not work. Now again, I'm stuck with contacting them multiple times but no appropriate response from their side. Only thing they're saying is that they are not able to do the return pick up. This is cheating and clearly an incompetent service
