I bought this window AC from a company authorised showroom Hitachi plaza on ** April ****. Since then the compressor of the machine is being replaced twice. The company has provided faulty machine we feel cheated after spending so much hard earned money for the middle-class family for this upmarket renowned company product. We logged a call *********** this year too previous call details are already available with the company for history check. We have aged parents at our home every summer spending more than budgeted money on the repairs of the faults of the company for providing us with a defective unit. Please replace the unit or refund our entire month including services bills which we have paid for the defective unit which Hitachi has provided us. I want to be compensated for all the mental agonies which we as the family faced for the last two years for having this defective Hitachi air conditioner unit.
