Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Issue with Iffalcon TV - Escalation Required

Dear Concerned

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent complaint regarding my Iffalcon TV. I purchased the TV in December ****, and within five months, the screen developed numerous black spots. After lodging a complaint, it took seven months for the TV to be replaced, only to find that after just one month of use following the repair, the same issue has recurred.

It is unacceptable that a brand-new TV would develop such significant issues within such a short period. The fact that the replacement unit suffered the same problem after minimal use indicates a severe flaw in the quality of your product. Furthermore, the refusal of your customer service team to acknowledge responsibility or provide assistance is deeply disappointing.

I understand that warranties have limitations, but it is unconscionable to deny service for a recurring issue that clearly stems from the original fault. The lack of accountability and failure to stand behind your product tarnishes the reputation of Iffalcon and undermines consumer trust.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect the following:

Repair or replacement of the TV at no cost to me, as the issue is clearly a result of poor workmanship or defective components.
An explanation for the repeated failure of your product and a plan to prevent similar issues in the future.
Compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal.
If my concerns are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to pursue alternative avenues for resolution, including legal action and publicizing my experience on social media and consumer advocacy platforms. I am prepared to escalate this matter until it is resolved to my satisfaction.

I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue and restore my faith in your company. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution.
