purchased tv on **/*/** after **-** day TV display not working,complaint in tcl customer care and tcl employee say sending you a new TV shortly, but after **-** day back TV received but its opened box and old TV received and also name mentioned in box was others.
so we not accepted delivery and rejected but after that till time no any new TV received or no any response received.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
