Arundeva filed complaint against iFFALCON by TCL on Dec 20, 2021
Hi Team,
I have purchased iFFALCON ***.** cm (** inch - Model **K*A) from Flipkart on **th April ****. Initially it was working fine but later (during March ****) it started giving trouble like TV was not booting-up properly and internet issues (Not connected since I purchased). Later I reached out to the iFFALCON support team and they replaced the board since it was covered under warranty.
Now the same issue repeated and the support team informed me to replace the board directly without proper technical investigation and they are charging ***** Rs for the board itself. I had asked them to repair the board rather than replacing the board as this is going to be the second board in * years but they strictly said NO.
From the customer point of view, if we purchase a product by trusting the brand value and spending a huge amount (**K) at least it should work up to * to * years without any problem but I have started facing issues after ** months from my purchase date. Even the support team confirmed that they have similar board issues with other customers too. Kindly need your help by addressing this issue with utmost priority.
(FYI – Same model **K*A series is open for sales in Flipkart)
