Mazahar Shaik filed complaint against Axis Bank on Jan 14, 2020
I purchased Axis fastag online on **.Nov.**** and the amount was deducted from my savings account immediately. However, till date I am not provided with a fastag or wallet id or an account. Axis fastag support team informed me that my account was not created at all in their database despite collecting the money from my account. Since then, it has been a harrowing experience of calling the customer care and listening to their false promises of ** hour resolution & emailing them on a weekly basis, which actually has become my routine these days.
