When I booked the cab the estimated fare was Rs *** and when the driver ended the trip it came out to be Rs ***.
It is not that far from Raj nagar extension to Noida, it was merely a distance of ** minutes and I was charged this much extra. I had to make the payment as the driver said he has nothing to do with it and this is what the app calculated. So I paid him online and then I raised a complaint against this. But Ola is not providing any resolution to me. I have also written mails to them but no revert. they said they are giving back Rs *** on the app but that is also not received.
