- False promises regarding benefits Open
I was using I roam free **** pack on my mobile no. from Dec ****. The benefits included under the pack was unlimited Voice Data SMS. There was no capping of speed as well. I, therefore, continued using the above pack. At the time of activation of the above pack last month also I was informed about the above benefits. However, after consuming ** GB of data the speed was reduced to up to ** kbps. The said speed downgrade was not there earlier and the same was also not mentioned in the mail sent to me by Vodafone at the time of pack activation last month.
