- False Promises on Holiday Plan Open

Hello Sir/Maa'm, This is in regards to complaint about country club vacation fraud: I Imran Siddiqui and my Wife Roohee Lodi have purchased ** year of membership with vacation plan worth rupees ***** on * March **** from country club vacations Viman nagar office pune sold by Mr. Suraj Singh and Mr. Anas. We both were impressed with the vacation plan and believed there words and paid the amount. There are many things on which they have cheated on us. *. We were told that membership can be refund or rented but cannot be cancelled if we are not happy with it. Same is not written in agreement although agreement says we can cancel the membership within ** days. *. We have asked to show them agreement and they said it will be deliver to our drop step. It has delivered but after ** days(which they commited to deliver in * working days).we fought with the members over Pune office but they denied to cancel membership. *. All of the members in that office says agreement is outdated and do not believe in it. Believe what we say and pay **k annual maintenance cost and go for vacation. *. We have surf alot and found that many people are trapped in this fraud. We don't want to use there membership and want to cancel it. *. We have been receiving call from different country club Pune office and everyone talks different. *. I have emailed country club and tried to call customer care but no response. *. All the services which is committed by Mr. Suraj and Mr. Anas is contradicted by what written in agreement, I have visited them in viman nagar office but they told that agreement is old and you believe in our words as service will be provided with this office and they have provided some bunch of email id and no from there viman nagar office. Kindly take action and suggest us what we need to do. Please help us. I want my money back. Thanks and Regards, Imran Siddiqui
