Mayur Sinha filed complaint against Quikr on Feb 4, 2021
Quikr sales representative, Tasmiya Afreen, contacted me on WhatsApp on **th Nov for Quikr premium package. She told me that she will sell all the products in a month, she will also talk to the customer on y behalf and will handle my account. I'll not have to do anything. As I do not want to deal with the buyers, I agreed to give her money. Then on Jan **th, ****, I decided to purchase the premium service for **** INR for ** ads and I made the payment through the payment link sent by her.
It's been ** days and she didn't sell any products. She didn't talk to any customer even after reminding her time and again. And moreover, she doesn't even pick up my call. One buyer named Sandeep made a payment to Quikr for an item (BenQ monitor) and she promised the buyer that the delivery will be made to his house. She did nothing to help the buyer. And now she is neither picking my call or the buyer's (Sandeep) call.
I'm really disappointed with the services of Quikr and the false promises of your employee Tasmiya Afreen. It's a fraud case. She is a liar and a fraud.
I want my **** INR money back. Then after sending an email to Quikr, I got a call from Meghana (Quikr employee) and she took Afreen to the conference. Afreen told her all the lies which she told us so that we can buy the package. Meghana told her that this is a fraud case. Then, Afreen personally called me and said that she is sorry that she lied. I want my hard-earned money back.
