KodakCo - False promise of providing SAP Coaching on time

Me and my friend inquired about the SAP course from KodakCo, on January **th, as we had an urgent requirement to learn SAP S/*HANA ABAP, and their sales representative, Ms. Payal assured us that we could start by the coming weekend, i.e., January **th and **st. She said if we deposit fees by January **, we can enrol for the coming weekend. The moment we deposited money, Payal said the batch got filled, and now we have to wait for the next batch on January **th. She started arguing that we didn't ask for a weekend batch, and that's why she couldn't enrol us. Since then, we have been waiting for our batch to start. We also asked for a refund so that we could start with another institution, but they are denying the refund too. They are assuring us continuously, but no action has been taken yet. They are highly unprofessional; even Ms. Payal answered me rudely, Why am I asking for batches again and again? The support team is also not helping, and when I asked for someone's contact information from management, they were not responding to the request.

They are running a fraud institution; no one has a profile on LinkedIn to whom we can reach out. We saw one recording where there were many people who were saying that batches were delayed by *-* months for them too, and their sales rep assigned them to the wrong batches too.

Kindly help us here; we just want a refund, These people are highly unprofessional, and we tried a lot as we seriously needed this coaching for our careers.

Please guide us through this.
