I am writing to you with a sincere request regarding the SAP VIM Consultant course that I have enrolled in along with three of my friends. Before joining the course, we were assured that the following would be included:
SAP server access for hands-on practice and real-time experience
One year of job assistance, along with the SAP course certificate
These were major deciding factors in our choice to join the program and invest our time and money in it.
However, it has now been over ** days since I reached out regarding the promised server access, and I have still not received any response from her side. I have also tried calling multiple times without success. When I contacted the support number, I was informed that server access is not included in my course, which is completely contrary to what we were told during enrollment.
This has left us deeply disappointed, stressed, and emotionally drained. We joined the course with a lot of expectations and trust, but the lack of communication and transparency has caused a lot of concern.
