I was contacted on April ** to join the SAP-PP module class, which was initially scheduled to begin on April **. Based on this, I proceeded to make the payment to secure my spot. However, the class was subsequently postponed multiple times — first to May *, then to May **, and later to June **. Despite these changes, the classes have still not been conducted properly. Given the repeated delays and lack of proper communication, I requested a refund and asked that the misleading assurances about the class schedule be stopped. At the time of payment, there was no mention of a no-refund policy. However, when I followed up via email, I was informed that refunds are not possible. I would like to reiterate that this situation is clearly a result of your failure to commence the classes as promised. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid, as this delay and mismanagement are entirely on your part.
