The pictures shown are completely different from the room which I have been provided. I booked a room for my parents and they were taken aback after seeing that room which is completely different from shown in the picture. Hotel receptionist, as well as Afreen and Sumit from Oyo, accepted that the pictures are very different from rooms provided. I have been talking to Oyo representative from the morning, everything they put me on hold and then disconnects, do they have any such setting in the app or something?
I have talked to ** different people from Oyo telling the same story. The pictures are of some other hotel and this is a case of fraud and thus I can sue Oyo for cheating with customers by displaying wrong information. I have gone through mental harassment by dealing with different people from Oyo and my parents had to stay in such a hotel because of the false information. A lady named Afreen first assured me to shift to some other hotel then Sumit promised the same and again they put me on hold and call gets disconnected automatically after sometime and nobody calls back. This is some weird pattern or Oyo. Again next day Anjali called to get my feedback and said she will follow and promised to call back but no call.
I want a full refund against the same or else I will go to consumer forum and take this everywhere to social media with actual pictures of the hotel and shown in the advertisement.
Help to refund my money back asap or be ready for consequences. It is about the inconvenience to my parents and would not let this go easily. I hope they will take their mistake into account and refund.
