The problem in short:
Problem with the invoice of the Lenovo Ideapad Laptop. While registering for warranty with Lenovo they are declining the invoice due to the following reasons:
*. Serial number not mentioned in the invoice. My laptop serial number is R**ZZCT* (you can find it in the attached documents).
*. Authorised dealers/sellers seal /stamp is not there under the signature
*. In the 'Shipped to' sections two names are provided. When the shipped to the section should bear only my name "Dr. Anirban Sengupta" it mentioned another name "Susmita ray" for no apparent reason.
I have talked with * persons in a single day in amazon customer care either by phone or by chat. Nobody cares to provide me with any help. Finally, some complaints were registered and I came to know that the issue is escalated. Please provide me with the update. Without having the proper invoice i will not have the warranty for a **k product.
I am enclosing the photographs for all the required documents, bill, invoice that I got, the box photo, the actual laptop with the serial number mentioned photo, and everything with this email. Please try to resolve the issue at the earliest and send me the correct/ revised invoice, please.
