THIS IS TO FURTHER HIGHLY ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND THE MATTER IS HIGHLY ESCALATED TO SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON
*. THE DELIVERY GUY SUBHADIP (**********) GAVE FALSE INFORMATION DURING DELIVERY
I ASKED WHAT'S THE PARCEL AND HE TOLD IT'S A SMALL GIFT BOX
HOWEVER THIS WAS NOT A SMALL GIFT BOX AND IT WAS A LARGE BOX HAVING WIGHT MINIMUM APPROX *-* KGS
SO THIS IS NOT SMALL GIFT BOX
*. I ASKED HIM TO CANCEL THE DELIVERY BUT HE TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AND WHEN I ASKED THE CANCELLATION, I SHARED HIM THE CODE AND HE TOLD ORDER IS DELIVERED AND CAN NOT BE CANCELLED
THIS WAS A FALSE ATTEMPTS AND THIS IS A HARASSMENT FOR ME NOW
*. HOW CUM YOU DON'T HAVE ANY DETAILS OF THE SENDER?
HOW THIS IS ACCEPTABLE THAT WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THE SENDER, YOU ARE ACCEPTING COURIER
WHAT HAPPEN IF THE SENDER IS A BAD GUY AND SEND ME SOME ILLEGAL ITEMS?
I CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS AND THIS IS ALSO A FALSE SERVICE
TILL TOMORROW, I AM HERE AT KOLKATA AT POSTAL PIN CODE ****** BAGUIATI AND PLEASE DELIVER THE SHIPMENT BY TOMORROW END OF THE DAY WITHOUT FAIL
FAILING TO WHICH THE MATTER OF FALSE DELIVERY WILL BE HIGHLY ESCALATED IN ALL OTHER FORUMS AND IN CONSUMER GRIEVANCE PORTAL AS WELL
PLEASE CALL ME BACK ON ********** AND UPDATE ME ASAP
