- False commitment made by Vi Vodafone Idea ^Open

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am using Vi postpaid number +**-**********. due to network issue in my area (Sector ***, Noida) I raised a port request with Airtel. after raising port request. on **th December ****, I started receiving calls from Vi team to revoke my port request and as goodwill they provided me blow offers an committed to fulfil all these within next **-** hours. Offers to stay with Vi : *. Rs. *** off on every bill (lifetime) *. Whole bill amount till **th December **** will be Nil (Zero). *. Sony liv & Zee* subscription (TV) will be provided for * year. They had completed their *st commitment immediately on that call ( so i can not leave Vi for next * months). i called Vi team after ** hours as they were failed to complete their other * promises and they completely denied to do so. till that time, i'm getting ***s of calls everyday from Vi collection team as i've not paid their dues, which have been pending due to their false commitments. I've answered ***s of calls, discussed my problem with many Vi executives (including Appellate Team), wrote *-* mails, visited Vi stores. But instead of providing me any solution, they are forcing me to pay the dues. it's not about Rs. *** or Rs. ***, It's all about, how can such a giant telecom company lie to retain their customer. they have suspended my number and keep asking to pay, else i can not port as well due to number suspension. i request you to please investigate the issue on the basis of **th Dec'** call discussion with Vi. Everything will be cleared from that call. i also demand Rs. ******* against the harassment and mental torture. i am ready to pay double of their due amount if i found guilty.
