I booked for home cleaning premium services *BHK on ** Oct. Initial, booking was rescheduled and assured by the executive to be done on ** oct **, since no slots were available. However, he told me to refund Rs ***, and assured services for ****a.m Monday, ** Oct. On Monday, till **** hrs I was not assigned any partner. After several efforts I got through the customer service and post struggle I got a partner assigned ( Vinod Kumar). When I reached Vinod, he asked me that he can only be available by * p.m. Thereafter at * p.m he again asked me to wait for some more time and started asking me details of money being paid to no broker. He cribbed for coming so far since his taxi fares will be high and he has to pay high commission to the company. Still he promised me that he will turn up in some time and complete the job. At **** hrs , the partner stopped answering any call. Several attempts were made to get through the customer service (through chat, helpdesk, calls) but all were in vain. False commitment of resolving the issue was told by the executives and every time a new number was shared to be spoken to. I had already paid entire charges for the services and no one was seen intersted in resolving issues. I am highly disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the company and been mentally harrassed whole day for just trying to reach some one who can help.me out. False promises were being made by the executives of assigning new partner shortly were made and a call back for the feedback of my complaint. But no one called back. Finally I am extremely tortured by the attitude of the customer services and the partners. Just meant to deduct money without providing services.i have got all the phone recordings where I was told that superilvisorwill not be available to talk and escalate the matter. Kindly help.me.in this issue.
