Magicbricks - False Commitment by Magicbricks Sales Executive

Hi,

I have taken a Magicbricks subscription on **th January ****, after getting
many calls from the MagicBricks Executive after *am of **th January ****.

I have explained all my requirement criteria to MagicBricks Executive, that
I am looking for a property which comes around **K is my budget including
rent+maintenance in a well maintained Apartment or Gated Society. Also, I
have clearly mentioned that I am looking for a property which is nearby
Hi-tech city, Gachibowli, Manikonda, Kondapur, Madhapur (Hyderabad City).

It was agreed and the commitment given by the executive that I will get
properties within that range and also few properties available in Gated
Society. Also, I will find the properties which are posted within *-* days
and Owner posted contacts. Also, It was mentioned by her that Magic Bricks
approves the ad after veriftying all details of the Owner. Once I take
MagicBricks Subscription then, I will be able to contact the Owner and
select a property.

After taking the subscription, I have tried searching in the MagicBricks
app but I have not found properties based on my requirement. Most of the
properties I found which starts from **K and above which is beyond my
budget.

Few properties which I found within my range or my requirement, when I
contacted the Owner most of them responded that the Property is already
rented out. When I told them it is still appearing in MagicBricks, I got a
response that they have already informed MagicBricks to Deactivate many
times but MagicBricks is not deactivating. Also, I found a few contacts
were not working or not available.

It was Completely a false commitment or details shared to the Customer and
forced to take a subscription. I have already raised a complaint about this
to Customer Care number and CC executive confirmed to me that I will get an
update about this and refund of my amount but I haven't received any
response yet.
