Cars 24 - False Commitment and Excess Money Not Refunding

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have sold our Car Elantra MH-**-FG-**** TO Car** on **th May-**** and the Loan payable amount was Rs. *,**,***, where as our car price came Rs. *,**,***/- as per email from Mr. Hitesh Sharma (Email ID :- hitesh.sharma*@cars**.com, Mobile No :- **********) Car** executive email dated :- **th May-****, I have additional amount of Rs. *,***/- paid to CAR** for closure of Loan.
My car was handover to them on **th May-****, Mr. Hitesh Sharma assured us that loan will be close within * days but it has been not closed till **th May-****, so I followed up with Mr. Hitesh Sharma, that when Loan will be close he give me assurance that with in ** hours loan will be close, from that day till **th June -****, Mr. Hitesh Sharma have not received the call.

I have raised a complaint in Car** customer as per Appointment Details : ***********, they have given us assurance that our loan will be close soon, after that we called Mr. Hitesh Sharma colleague Ms. Nutan Konar (Email Id :- nutan.konar@cars**.com, Mobile :- **********) she have suggested that if your EMI will be deduct than Car** will refund the same, and EMI Deducted on **th June **** as per transaction details follow :-

After the closure of Loan, we are following up for the refund of EMI but CAR** is not giving us a refund and no one is answering the calls, we had loss of Rs. **,***/- and ** days of harassment and
bagging for refund of our own money.
