Amit Mohan Khare filed complaint against Nobroker on Jan 11, 2023
I am reaching out to you as a last hope to resolve my issue.
Below will give you a glimpse of the ordeal I have been put through by the NoBroker team.
I am potentially a victim of false commitment of sales person Mr Sahil and certainly a victim of deceitful practice by Mr Pallab from NoBroker to cover up for not keeping the commitment.
Here is the chronological order of what had happened.
*- Oct **, I made payment of INR **,***/- for NoBroker Comprehensive Property Management Service. During sales pitch, Mr Sahil told that I will be refunded of entire subscription amount of INR **,*** if I search tenant myself (attached proof)
*- On Dec *, one of my acquaintances’ friend, Mr Ajay, called me with interest in renting my property. I confirmed with him the rent of **K and the deposit of **K which he agreed to. I shared the details with NoBroker FRM Mr Keshav. He asked me if I wanted to close this deal with NoBroker; as I still wanted property management services with NoBroker, I said “Yes”.
*- For the next * weeks, I checked multiple times with Mr Pallab to confirm that I found the tenant and I am entitled to get INR **,***/- back as per the promise but he didn’t respond. It was only on Dec ** that he responded back saying this will be considered a NoBroker deal.
*- After Dec ** till Dec **, Mr Pallab gave all the excuses and reasons for why this cannot be considered my finding. I gave all the proofs.
*- After Dec **, Mr Pallab stopped responding to my emails.
*- On Dec **, Mr Koushik called me to provide proof again and promised a resolution. I told him that I was still willing to continue with NoBroker if it kept its promise of refunding me the money which I was promised during sales. He said he would look into it. Even after * days, no resolution, no proactive communication on this. I received only communication that too as a response to my email asking for update and all I got was, team is looking into it
*- I have been trying to reach Mr Koushik and Mr Pallab, but they are not even coming over the phone. Whereas any one would expect proactive communication on customer grievance, I am not getting attended to the call I am making.
*- After one month of finding a tenant myself and still having the apartment vacate and because of never ending issues with NoBroker, On Jan *, I requested Mr Pallab to return the keys of my apartment and had shared details of my friend who the keys could be handed over to. I asked him to handover the keys by Jan *. No response to that email as usual.
I am making the request to you for below
*- Please help in getting my apartment keys back
*- Please help in full refund of INR **,***/- that I paid for membership.
*- Please help in full refund of the agreement cost that I paid to the NoBroker agreement team.
*- Please help in full refund of the police verification cost that I paid the NoBroker police verification team.
