Flipkart - False cibil report for paid dues

Im a flipkart paylater customer , i usually take paylater emis for products , and I always pay my dues on time. The problem started from nov **** , when flipkart started to mis report my paid emis as overdue to cibil , but I Was not aware of this or made aware of , then on **/**/** i went to my nearest gadget store to purchase a gadget and enquired for a loan of ****** and I was rejected on the basis of cibil report , saying I have pending dues. I started calling flipkart representatives from **st january **** , today is march * and my issue is still not resolved , my gadget loan was an urgent requirement due to that I couldn't work for the last * month without the laptop I was trying to purchase , and I can't apply for any loans now .It's causing too much suffering for me and my family .Please help
