This is to inform and complain about the FALSE CHARGES and MIS-COMMITMENT and the continued harassment by Airtel for the last * months !!
As per the commitment provided by Airtel as part of LANDLINE Instrument Cost and NETFLIX+Zee* Offer, Airtel Nodal and Appellate Team committed that the charges will be reversed every month UNTIl the committed amount is FULLY CONSUMED.
Attaching the email from their Nodal Team on February **, **** and February **th, **** where their Nodal officer and dot-complaints Team confirmed they have processed the reversal and in every month, when the bill will be generated, I need to inform them and the remaining reversal will be processed accordingly.
If you check the Voice recording of Mr. Tanzeem and Mr. Santhosh for February,****, you will be able to understand the issue related to False Commitment.
So, after February,****, the reversal was pending for next ** months which they already accepted during the last reversal in Feb ****
But since March,**** they COMPLETELY STOPPED responding over email and calls and the HARASSMENT started from that time.
Additionally there has been NO USAGE since March , **** till June **,****.
But in every month, they were continuously sending bills without consuming any usage and stopped responding over emails.
Even, i called their customer care *-* times and over call their Customer Care Representatives( Vinduja, Ashok Kumar, Amulya) confirmed that they were processing the reversal within next ** hours !!
I captured the voice recording for the commitment.
But that also they are not accepting.
THIS IS TOTALLY FRUSTRATING AND A CASE OF FULL FRAUD AND CHEATING SERVICE .
Without any usage, they have charged Rs.****.
Also, with their commitment , till December,**** all the charges should be reversed.
Requesting you to take action for this and process the COMPENSATION REFUND for Rs.*,***/- at the earliest.
