GETTING TOO MUCH DISAPPOINTED ON OYO SSRVICE I AM FORCED TO WRITE THIS
I am facing tremendous trouble in an oyo Hotel booking since past *week with no resolution
I have booked oyo ***** ha LA ri guest house, cherrapunji,Meghalaya *-*weeks back
For a family trip with *member's
And got the confirmation that it has been booked successfully
After like *-*weeks when we thought of checking the same we contacted the hotel owner directly and got to know they have no more connection with oyo and they are no longer accepting any kind of booking from oyo
If I need to check in on the same date I need to pay the double amount I have booked
So immediately we called the oyo customer care number
Since then till today we have called several times with no resolution ,no replacement.
I have already booked the flight tickets,
I have aged parents ,
Where will we check in now?
Whose responsibility is this?
This is really a pathetic dissapointing experience I have faced from oyo
I am very very upset on this
And so out of immense disappointment and being hopeless I am writing this!

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
