Delhivery - Fake status update Cheating

My name is Ashwathy.iam a client of delhivery courrier.Recently i send a courier to parappa in kasergode district.Courier received at particular place on Feb **th.It was out for delivery as per the status marked ,by end of the day it was marked as Consignee unavailable.We called the customer and she said she didn't receive any call from delivery agent.This is the first fake status.Same day I raised a ticket regarding this and next day also they put same status without calling the customer.i raised so many request regarding this. I send them call recording of the customer.i updated alternate number .i didn't get any proper response for any of my complaints.And last they update status as out for delivery and by end of the day it was marked as customer asked for open delivery.i called customer and recorded the same and she said she didn't receive any call and how can she ask for open delivery or anything. These people making me fool from last four days even I submitted proper call recording s.Now it's marked as cancel and returning to us.
